Creative Fever of Folklore: A Poetry Workshop

Guilderland resident and published poet Susan Comninos follows up her book signing and reading on October 1 with a workshop for poets! Come prepared to discuss and employ techniques for incorporating elements of your own community's folklore into identity-based poems that can function as your own "origin stories." The group will discuss how individual poets come to be, or play the role as an "inheritor" of their family or community's legacy. Space is limited to 20 registrants for this in-person workshop.
